Hi, I'm Chelsea
I am the owner of Buttons and Bows and started this business in 2017. I offer infant's and children's smocked and boutique clothing in sizes newborn through 14/16. I have recently started incorporating some womens items as well. I am located in Boiling Springs, SC and offer shipping and porch pick up.
